Welcome to my blog!
I started this space back in 2020 during a time when I felt the photography industry could use a bit more openness and connection. My goal was (and still is) to show what running a photography business looks like, from my personal perspective.
Originally, all my blog posts were written in German. I’ve since translated them into English, and both versions are now available. Moving forward, I’ll be writing new posts in English to welcome all Swiss and international readers. I hope you find something useful, inspiring, or simply relatable here.
What Makes My Work Mine
I never really thought my work was particularly unique, even though, of course, I would like it to be.
For a long time, I was searching for “my style”. I thought maybe one day I would find it, and suddenly everything would make sense. I would know exactly what my work looks like, and I would stay within that visual world FOREVER! Haha.
But the funny thing is, the moment I started questioning it less, other people started noticing it more.
Work-Life Balance as a Freelancer
How do I balance work and my personal life? This is one of the most common questions in freelancing.
To me, it doesn’t happen by default; I have to create it. So here is my personal take on work-life balance.
Where I find Inspiration
One of my favorite questions to ask fellow creatives is: Where do you find inspiration? The answers are always different, because inspiration can truly come from anywhere. Everyone has their own sources, and today I want to share some of mine.
